Security

Your assistant is one dedicated person, not a rotating pool. Before they see a single member's name they pass a background check and sign a confidentiality agreement, and they learn June's rules for member information. The tools they work in enforce those same rules. We are a small company, and the founders still read the work.

You connect email and calendar through Google or Microsoft's own sign in, so June never sees or stores that password. Access is scoped to what the work needs, and use of it is logged.

Revoking access. You can revoke June from your own Google or Microsoft account permissions. For Google, use the third party connections page. You can also text June and our team will remove the connection for you.

Some tasks need a real login. When one does, you hand it over through a one time encrypted link, never in a text or an email, and it goes straight into an encrypted vault. We use 1Password. Your assistant copies the password to use it; they never read it off a screen. Every copy is logged, who and when, and you can revoke a login any time, which removes it from the vault for good.

Sometimes finishing a login needs a verification code. The routine ones show up in June's portal, labeled, with every view logged. The dangerous ones do not: password resets, and codes for banking, your primary email, your phone carrier, and government accounts are never visible to your assistant. June never fetches or forwards a code on its own. When one of those sensitive steps comes up, you do it yourself.

You, your assistant, and June share one thread, so your requests and what came of them live in one place you can scroll. Underneath, every login access, email action, and purchase lands in an audit log our operations team reviews. If you ever want to know what was done on your behalf, the answer exists in writing.

Your card lives with Stripe, our payment processor. June never stores the number. A purchase above a small threshold needs your approval before anything is charged, and above that sits a hard ceiling no single purchase can cross, no matter who asks.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. None of the AI providers June runs on train their models on your data. With our primary provider, Anthropic, we also turn data retention off entirely, so conversations processed there are not stored at all. June keeps memory about you because that is what makes it useful, and if you leave, you can ask us to delete all of it. The rest of the detail is in our privacy policy.
