No. The thread arrives in your normal messages app, as iMessage on an iPhone and as a regular text thread on anything else. There is nothing to install.

Yes. Reply to the welcome email you get after your setup call and it reaches your team. If you would rather talk, say so in the thread and your concierge calls you.

Your supervisor matches you with a concierge. Within the hour, your concierge introduces themselves in your new thread and starts on the tasks you chose. Your free week starts when they begin working with you.

Your concierge can use the apps and accounts you already use. You choose what they can access. Access goes through June's secure systems, where activity is monitored and logged. You can remove access at any time.
